What you will be doing
- Identify the data sources and propose a data preparation approach , e.g. using Raw data sets as an entry
- Identifying, selecting, possibly combining the key variables
- Based on the specification, preparing the datasets needed
- Set up and Refresh Cluepoints reports (KRI, DQA) on a regular basis in accordance the study specificities
- Run additional analyses, in conjunction with B&P/TO teams to understand findings if appropriate
- Provide elements of interpretation of findings to the RBM central monitors to understand the signals
- Prepare written report summarizing results (data findings and signals identified), if needed
- Support the definition of actions to be taken to adapt the RBM strategy to signals
- Closely collaborate with RBM Central Monitor
- Follow RBM processes defined for the global and local team
- Provide mentoring to new RBM Data Scientist
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar) required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience required
- SAS (SAS EG): Ability to develop programs from reference code and build solutions from KRI specifications
- Python (Anaconda3): Experience executing, debugging, and enhancing analytical programs
- Rave: Working knowledge of clinical data systems and data handling processes
- KRI Specification: Ability to translate business and study requirements into clear, programmatic specifications
- CluePoints: Experience is a strong plus; familiarity with KRI & DQA dashboards and Smart Engine is beneficial
