About this role

Job Purpose

Drive strategic management of key accounts in the rare diseases area by developing and executing account plans aligned with sales and growth targets. Deliver value through data-driven omnichannel engagement tailored to HCP needs, ensuring high compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key accounts; build strong relationships with HCPs
  • Design and execute omnichannel engagement strategies
  • Analyze data and optimize customer journeys and KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams
  • Identify market opportunities and support business growth
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards

Required Education

University degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business or related)

Required Skills and Experience

  • 6–10 years in Pharma/Biotech
  • Experience in rare diseases, oncology, hematology, or endocrinology
  • Background in KAM, marketing, or customer engagement
  • Experience in omnichannel (F2F, remote, digital)
  • Knowledge of the Polish healthcare system

Technical Competencies

  • CRM and analytics tools
  • KPI tracking and performance optimization
  • Understanding of omnichannel engagement

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • High compliance awareness

Required Languages

Fluent Polish and very good English

Travel required in %

up to 50% (depending on business needs)
