Job Description:
Account Lead – Neuroscience
Location: Mexico City
Join Ipsen and play a pivotal role in shaping access to innovative neuroscience treatments across Mexico. As Account Lead, you will take full ownership of key private and public accounts, driving commercial performance while delivering meaningful outcomes for patients.
The role
You will lead the development and execution of strategic account plans aligned to brand priorities, translating market insights into clear actions. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will engage medical and administrative stakeholders, ensure product availability, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results. You will also play a critical role in product launches, supporting market access and bringing clinical and economic value to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop strategic accounts across private and public sectors
- Build and execute account plans based on market opportunities and barriers
- Engage and influence key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem
- Ensure product availability through effective demand and inventory management
- Lead cross-functional collaboration as the customer advocate
- Drive successful product launches and market expansion
- Deliver tailored clinical and economic value propositions
About you
You bring a strong combination of commercial acumen and scientific understanding, with a proven ability to lead accounts in complex healthcare environments. You are proactive, results-oriented, and able to translate insights into impactful action plans.
Requirements
- Experience in specialty or high-complexity therapeutic areas
- Background in life sciences, business, or related field
- Demonstrated account management and product launch experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate in a data-driven, performance-focused environment
- Working knowledge of English
