The Position

Providing Medical Expertise

  • Providing deep scientific expertise to form differentiation strategy for  company’s pipeline and portfolio.

  • Acting as a medical expert throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.

  • Leadership in  medical portion of the integrated strategy and shaping a scientifically sound value story for products.

Customer Engagement and Insight Collection 

  • Proactive scientific engagement with therapeutic area experts (TAEs) and other stakeholders in full alignment with the integrated strategy.

  • Establishing and maintaining effective professional peer-to-peer relationships.

  • Conducting high-quality non-commercial events to disseminate relevant data and build trust among clinicians.

  • Systematic collection and analysis of external scientific and clinical insights to translate them into strategic recommendations for cross-functional teams (Squad).

Evidence Generation

  • Participating in  development and implementation of the local data generation strategy.

  • Supporting Non-Interventional Studies (NIS), Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), and projects using Real-World Evidence/Data (RWE/RWD).

  • Collaboration with Clinical Operations (PDG) regarding strategic clinical trial site selection and  engagement.

Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and Access

  • Providing scientific expertise and active participation in  preparation of HTA dossiers and interactions with regulatory authorities.

  • Validation of  scientific data integrity  and ensuring  clinical relevance of HTA submissions.

  • Integrating medical perspectives into solutions that support  patient journey and expand access to innovations.

Operational Excellence and Compliance

  • Ensuring all medical activities are executed in accordance with corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strict adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP) standards.

  • Management of Medical Information enquiries and ensuring  correctness of any content generated using Artificial Intelligence.

Education/Qualification:

Education: Full higher education in the field of medicine, pharmacy, or natural sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).

Experience: Previous work experience in Medical Affairs departments, clinical research, or possession of deep clinical expertise in the relevant therapeutic area.

Languages: Fluent English (required for global cooperation).

Additional Requirements:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to act autonomously and work in complex cross-functional environments.

Digital Literacy: Skills in working with artificial intelligence tools and  ability to oversee AI content.

Communication: Ability to articulate complex scientific data and maintain a direct, respectful, peer-to-peer dialogue.

Entrepreneurial Approach: Focus on creating value for patients and the healthcare system without compromising compliance.
