Validation Services Laboratory Specialist

The Validation Services Laboratory Specialist will be responsible for performing microbiological and physiochemical tests according to written validation protocols. The position holder will interpret results, complete and review laboratory data, and submit records for final approval.

[Animal Cell Culture (MCB/WCB)]

* Perform animal cell culture and cell banking/filling operations.
* Prepare and review GMP documentation.
* Manage manufacturing schedules and materials.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Entry-level candidates and experienced professionals are both welcome.
* Ability to understand English documentation and communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience supporting inspections by regulatory authorities such as MFDS, U.S. FDA, and EMA.

[Advanced Biopharmaceuticals (Cell Therapy Products) Manufacturing]

* Perform process setup and qualification activities.
* Manufacture cell therapy products.
* Prepare and review GMP documentation.
* Support technology transfer (Tech Transfer) and troubleshooting activities.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
* Ability to understand English documentation and communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience supporting inspections by regulatory authorities such as MFDS, U.S. FDA, and EMA.
* Experience in establishing new manufacturing facilities and performing qualification activities.
* Experience in cell line culture, purification processes, and cell therapy product manufacturing.
