FP&A Analyst and Business Partner

Support high-quality and timely business decisions by analyzing financial data and utilizing basic AI, analytics, and automation tools. Contribute to improving forecast accuracy, resource planning, and value creation for the Crop Science - Seeds & Traits business across NORLA. Process automation and data transformation capabilities. Key Outcomes Improved decision quality and speed through driver-based, scenario-rich forecasts. Established rolling risks and opportunities framework integrated into financial steering. Deployment of AI-enabled analytics and automation, reducing FP&A cycle times. Strong finance partnership with Seeds & Traits commercial leadership. Measurable upskilling of the Finance team in analytics and AI capabilities. 1. Strategic Thinking - Ability to shape long-term scenarios, trade-offs, and resource allocation decisions. Experience applying AI or GenAI to finance use cases (forecasting, pricing, automated insights). University degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, or Engineering. 3 - 4 years of experience as Business partner, business analysis, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Financial analysis, or related areas. Advanced English proficiency. Demonstrated impact using analytics or AI to improve financial performance. Experience working with matrix and multi-country organizations. Experience using: GenAI, Power BI, Anaplan, SAP, Microsoft Office, Power Automate.
