Main purpose of the Job/Role:

Executing preventive & corrective maintenance for machines & troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. In addition to supporting projects, installation & start up.

Job Specific technical/Functional/Professional Competencies:

Ensure reliable operation of production and packaging equipment through effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs

Maintain electrical and control systems including motors, drives, sensors, HMIs, PLCs, servo systems, vision systems, and associated instrumentation.

maintain maintenance procedures, technical documentation, electrical drawings, and equipment standards.

Evaluate equipment obsolescence risks and develop replacement or modernization plans for critical components

Inspect on a routine basis electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures, and other components to ensure they remain functional and are up to code, as well as identify any hazards or issues.

Determine the reasons for any malfunctions of systems or components and create a maintenance or repair plan to solve the problem.

Repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, equipment, and other components so that they remain at full functioning capacity.

Review electrical wiring to understand the placement of wiring or to comprehend the working of the equipment to provide the right service and repairs.

Keep records of all maintenance and repair work conducted, including a record of any supplies ordered and used.

Ensure all routine maintenance work is handled on a regular schedule to reduce the risk of larger and more complex issues and to reduce costs.

Demonstrate knowledge in GMP, environmental, health and safety procedures to assure regulatory, policies and/or guidelines compliance.

Experience and Knowledge 

7+ years’ experience in electrical maintenance or associated work

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industry.

Demonstrate knowledge in Classic control and electrical component is mandatory

Demonstrate knowledge in PLC programming “ Is Plus “

Demonstrate knowledge in drawing wiring diagram on AutoCAD or Eplan “Is Plus”
