About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team in Dungarvan. This is a key role within Finance, acting as the primary interface between Finance and the business. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting decision-making, and strengthening governance, while building strong cross-functional relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Management & Governance

  • Lead financial management activities to support business strategy and ensure strong governance

  • Identify, assess, and manage financial risks

  • Review management accounts (actuals, forecasts, budgets), supporting sign-off of income statement and balance sheet

  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reviews with Shared Services

  • Support corporate approval processes

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, IFRS, and internal control standards

  • Actively support audits and control testing

  • Provide ad hoc support to the Finance Director

Business Partnering & Decision Support

  • Partner with the Site Leadership Team (SLT) to build robust, cost-effective, consumer-focused business cases

  • Provide proactive financial insights, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve performance

  • Drive financial awareness and delivery of key KPIs across functions

  • Support delivery of productivity and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Lead simplification projects and embed best practices

  • Support post-acquisition integration and operational excellence tracking

  • Partner with finance leadership and functional teams on forecasting and planning cycles

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, MBA or equivalent)

  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience

  • Experience working in a matrix or cross-functional environment

Preferred

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels

  • Solid understanding of commercial drivers and financial performance

  • Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis

  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong prioritisation and project management skills

  • Experience in a global organisation and commercial P&L environment

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights for non-finance stakeholders

  • Systems knowledge (e.g., SAP, Cognos, Workday, Siera)
