About this role

Role Description & Responsibilities

The purpose of the internship role is to support the Regional Regulatory Hub by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO , GCMA, ACM, HR on Demand, BT on Demand
Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
Assist regulatory team for multiple country document preparation
Any other Ad hoc operations support.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Science
Internship period of 12 months
Preferably specialized in Healthcare- Pharmacy and Bioscience
Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent and self-motivated
A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
