The Director, Holistic Health & Transversal Insights – is a key leader within the US CBIA organization and serves as a primary strategic partner to the Head of CBIA North America. This role leads the full insights agenda for Holistic Health and Transversal Insights, including exploring new consumer territories that can drive business growth, while driving enterprise‑wide strategic influence. The role blends consumer insight, foresight, cultural intelligence, market insights, analytics, and sharp storytelling to shape the growth strategy and embed consumer-centricity into strategic decisions to help accelerate the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing Holistic Health and enterprise-level strategy through clear, forward-looking, actionable insights.

  • Lead initiatives to identify emerging trends, tensions, and growth opportunities, coupling them with foresight, cultural scanning, and marketplace intelligence.

  • Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that influence GM, and President-level decisions.

  • Guide brand positioning, innovation pipeline development, retail strategy, and communication strategy through insight-based recommendations.

  • Promote modernized insight practices using AI tools and agile methodologies.

  • Champion a consumer-obsessed culture across cross-functional teams and business units.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 12+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Strategy, or Analytics within CPG, Wellness, Healthcare, or related industries.

  • Proven track record influencing senior leadership and shaping strategic decisions.

  • Exceptional synthesis, strategic thinking, influencing skills, and storytelling ability.

  • Experience managing and developing high-performing insights talent.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into action.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Behavioral Science, or related field.

  • Experience in global or multi-category CPG organizations.

  • Experience from insight‑driven companies is a plus.

  • Independent in identifying learning needs and designing the right research approach.

  • Relentlessly curious; digs deeper to uncover true drivers.

  • Strong commercial instincts and business awareness.

  • Passion for digital transformation, AI, digital tools, modern data sources and advanced analytic tools.

  • Deep consumer empathy and obsession.

  • Strong strategic thinking; connects dots across data, culture, and business.

  • Ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Future‑looking mindset; anticipates emerging behaviors and growth spaces.

Location: This role is Hybrid based in Warren, NJ and will require 3 days a week in the office.

The Salary Range for this role is $188,964 - $259,825 + an 18% target bonus.
