As a People Services Generalist, you will manage employee life cycle management and query handling activities, ensuring seamless operations across onboarding, job changes, international transfers, and offboarding processes.
 

The 5 Service Lines are:

  • Purchase to Pay (including Travel & Expense)
  • Account to Report
  • Customer Invoicing to Cash
  • People Services
  • Contracting

With respect to People Services, the Business Services Center covers the following areas:

  • Manage Organization & Employee Master Data
  • Employee Life Cycle Management
  • Query Handling
  • People Services Technology Management

Main responsibilities:
 

  • Employee Lifecycle Management – Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (C2R) including onboarding, job changes, transfers, and offboarding in line with SLAs
  • Ticket & Query Handling – Manage incoming tickets and direct employee queries via tickets and calls, providing Level 1 & 2 support
  • International Mobility Administration – Coordinate permanent international transfers, local foreign hires, and all related documentation
  • Termination & Offboarding – Administer termination processes and ensure all offboarding activities are properly executed and reflected across systems
  • Document Management – Handle all employee lifecycle-related documents including preparation, collection, validation, and archiving
  • Compliance & KPI Monitoring – Monitor operational KPIs and ensure adherence to Sanofi policies, guidelines, and GDPR requirements
  • Knowledge Management – Maintain and update knowledge databases, ensuring effective knowledge transfer across upstream and downstream teams
  • Continuous Improvement – Drive ongoing service improvements, reduce case volumes at L2/L3, enhance Level 0 self-service, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

About you

Experience:

  • Fresh graduate/early career, expressing interest in HR
  • General understanding of HR processes and activities is advantage

Technical and soft skills:
 

  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday is advantage
  • Familiar with Ticketing Management tools (such as ServiceNow) is advantage
  • User level of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
  • Good communication skills, attentive to customer needs & feedback
  • Organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines, attention to details is crucial

Education:
 

  • Degree with HR or business administration or equivalent experience

Language:
 

  • English and German language knowledge (min. B2-C1) is a must
  • Knowledge of other European language is welcome

The salary range for this position is :Ft6 316 800,00 - Ft8 422 400

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
