Overview The (Senior) Multi-Channel Manager Dermatology plays a key role in strengthening and scaling Incyte’s multichannel capabilities within the growing Immunology & Autoimmunity (IAI) Business Unit. As Incyte expands its presence in Dermatology and immune-mediated diseases, the organization is evolving from a pragmatic, execution-focused setup toward a more structured, data-driven and forward-looking multichannel engagement model. This role sits at the center of that transformation. In the immediate term, the focus lies on delivering high-quality, coordinated multichannel activities that support brand growth and launch priorities. Over time, the role expands toward building scalable frameworks, embedding performance measurement standards, and contributing to a sustainable long-term engagement strategy across customer segments. The position combines operational excellence with strategic foresight. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and International HQ, the (Senior) Multi-Channel Manager ensures that communication is aligned, measurable and impactful — building the foundation for future integrated engagement excellence. This role is designed to grow with the business, from driving multichannel execution to contributing to the long-term engagement vision of the IAI business unit. Essential Responsibilities 1. Drive Multichannel Execution Excellence Lead planning and implementation of integrated multichannel activities aligned with brand and launch priorities Ensure consistent, compliant and customer-relevant activation across digital, field, congress and third-party channels Translate brand strategy into coordinated engagement initiatives tailored to Dermatology stakeholders Closely collaborate with Sales to maximize field force impact and customer experience 2. Build Structured Multichannel Capabilities Contribute to the development of structured multichannel frameworks, governance and best practices within the IAI Business Unit Support the definition of clear standards for content adaptation, channel activation and campaign coordination Collaborate with International HQ to localize and continuously improve global multichannel approaches Drive internal knowledge sharing and capability building across stakeholders 3. Advance Data-Driven Engagement & Performance Impact Define and monitor KPIs aligned with commercial objectives and engagement performance Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable optimization measures Establish performance tracking mechanisms that link multichannel activities to business outcomes Provide strategic recommendations to Marketing and cross-functional teams based on analytics and market insights 4. Strengthen the Engagement Ecosystem Identify and evaluate relevant channels, platforms and key opinion leader ecosystems in Dermatology and IAI Support collaboration with agencies and technology partners to ensure innovative and effective content distribution Contribute to evolving engagement approaches, including appropriate patient-focused initiatives 5. Act as a Cross-Functional Connector Serve as central interface between Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and Brand Teams Ensure alignment and seamless coordination of communication measures across functions Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and multichannel governance Foster a culture of collaboration and performance-driven engagement Qualifications University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or related discipline Several years of experience in pharmaceutical multichannel marketing, digital engagement or brand management Experience in launch environments or growth-focused brands is highly desirable Strong analytical capability and comfort working with performance metrics Structured working style with entrepreneurial mindset Ability to navigate cross-functional environments with confidence and clarity Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English skills What This Role Offers Opportunity to shape and scale multichannel capabilities within a growing IAI franchise Exposure to launch-driven environments and cross-functional leadership High visibility within a transforming organization A role designed to evolve as the company’s engagement model matures
