We are currently seeking a Clinical Data Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team.

In this role you will be responsible for the review and verification of extensive clinical trial datasets, the identification of discrepancies or incomplete records, and the creation and resolution of queries to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

What you will be doing :

  • Review clinical trial data captured in electronic data capture systems

  • Identify missing, inconsistent, or out-of-range data

  • Generate, track, and resolve data queries

  • Ensure data aligns with study protocols and data management plans.

  • Perform ongoing data quality checks and trend reviews.

Your profile :

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences or Healthcare, Biology, Pharmacy, etc), candidates in the final stage of their Master’s studies can also be considered.

  • Availability to commence work in September

  • Able to work in a hybrid setup: 3-4 days per week on-site at the client’s office in Warsaw

  • Fluent English

  • Basic knowledge of clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

  • Familiarity with data management software and systems

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
