リモートエンジニア（化学分析機器LC、LC/MS）

Job Description

当社の化学分析機器（LC、LC/MS等）に関するリモートサポート業務をご担当いただきます。

コールセンターにおいて、お客様から寄せられる製品のトラブルシューティング、操作方法、アプリケーションに関する技術的な問い合わせに対し、電話やオンラインツールを活用してサポートを提供していただきます。

また、状況に応じてフィールドエンジニアとして現地対応を行い、故障診断や修理業務を担当していただく場合があります。さらに、保守契約やサポートサービスの提案活動など、顧客満足度向上と事業成長に貢献する幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。

Qualifications

＜学歴・資格＞

・化学、電気、機械工学などの理系専攻卒（高専卒以上）

・普通自動車運転免許必須

＜経験/知識/姿勢＞

・LCまたはLC/MSなどの分析機器に関する実務経験3年以上

・サービスエンジニアとしての経験

・またはユーザーとしての運用・保守経験

・基礎的な英語力（TOEIC 500点相当以上）
