Job Responsibilities：

• Collect and manage medical insights, keep deep insights of therapeutic area

• Work out annual medical strategy under supervisor of the line manger and ensure alignment with the brand plan

• To communicate with peers sufficiently concern the annual medical strategy plan, reconcile periodically

• Base on medical strategy to work out action plan

• Implementation of annual action plan and make sure sufficient communication with stakeholders

• Responsible for company/investigator-initiated studies planning and execution to generate evidences in line with medical strategy.

• Organize advisory board and national medical education activities Prepare training materials and provide external/internal training

• Lead medical knowledge management in the company, facilitate all level distillation of most scientific programs

• Make consistent effort to find the creative and innovative channel for various medical trainings

• To represent the company as scientific expert to do KOL engagement as well as connection with scientific organization and institute

Job Requirements：

• Master degree or above major in clinical medicine.

• 3-5 years clinical experience in related therapeutic area.

• Prefer 1-2 years’ experience in medical advisor position of MNC.

• Workable oral English ability.

Location:

Biopharmaceutical company focused on reproductive health, urology, and gastroenterology. Based in Saint-Prex, Switzerland.
