Lead the Modern Trade channel by developing and executing strategic plans to deliver sustainable growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and maximize profitability across all Modern Trade accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Modern Trade strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage key account teams to achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets.
• Build strong partnerships with major retail customers.
• Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key accounts.
• Optimize trade spend and promotional effectiveness to ensure ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure excellence in in-store execution and merchandising.
• Lead and develop the Modern Trade team.
• Monitor KPIs and profitability.
