Do you want to shape global growth in cheese applications? As Global Marketing & Business Development Manager in our Cheese Business Unit, you will drive commercial concepts and innovative solutions for the global cheese industry. You will work closely with R&D, Application, Sales, and Marketing to turn application knowledge into customer value and business impact.

About the team:

You will join the Global Business Unit Cheese, a global matrix team focused on innovative biosolutions for the dairy industry. Together with colleagues across functions and markets, you will help strengthen our position across key cheese segments and applications, delivering value to customers worldwide.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Driving global concepts and growth strategies across cheese segments and applications.
• Managing the product portfolio and supporting successful new product launches.
• Translating application insights and market trends into compelling value propositions and customer benefits.
• Analyzing sales, pricing, and profitability to support business decisions.
• Strengthening customer engagement through presentations, training, and industry events.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Min. BSc, preferably MSc, in Dairy, Food Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience from the dairy or food industry, preferably within cheese applications, sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong knowledge of cheese applications, dairy technology, and customer needs, ideally gained within the cheese or broader dairy industry.
• Strong understanding of cheese production, cheese functionality, and application performance across a range of cheese categories.
• Ability to translate technical insight into commercial value and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders
