As Regional Rewards Partner Denmark, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating global frameworks into meaningful, competitive, and future-fit reward practices that support both business performance and employee experience.

About the team:

You will join the Rewards team at Novonesis - a collaborative and highly specialized function working across regions to deliver consistent, innovative, and business-aligned rewards solutions. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you will be part of a dynamic community shaping reward strategies for more than 11,000 colleagues worldwide. You will interact closely with the Denmark P&O leadership team, you will play a central role in aligning local execution with global ambitions.

• Engage with senior leaders to ensure strong alignment between rewards and business priorities
• Partner with global subject matter experts across compensation, benefits, and mobility
• Contribute to strengthening governance and consistency across regions
• Drive transparency and understanding of reward frameworks among key stakeholders

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Acting as the key rewards advisor to regional leadership, ensuring alignment with global strategies
• Translating global pay principles into locally relevant and competitive reward practices
• Driving the implementation and evolution of rewards programs, including incentives and benefits
• Supporting harmonization of pay, benefits, and job architecture across the region
• Enhancing data-driven decision-making through insights, analytics, reporting, and market understanding

To succeed you must hold:

• 5+ years of experience as a Rewards Partner within a multinational organization
• Strong knowledge of global rewards principles and local market application
• Experience working with unionized environments and complex stakeholder landscapes
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership
• Strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, and a structured approach to solving complex reward challenges

• Skilled at translating complex reward topics into clear, actionable guidance
