You will join a international team of six colleagues across Denmark and India, working closely with leaders and P&O colleagues to enable data-driven decisions that support our business strategy and people agenda.

The Role & Your Impact
As a Data Science Student Assistant, you will support advanced analytics initiatives that help improve how we attract, develop, and retain talent. You will work alongside experienced data professionals, giving you a strong platform to learn and grow.
In this role, you will:

• Support development of advanced analytics use cases (e.g., recruitment, DE&I, operating model)

• Work with data pipelines and datasets using Python and/or SQL

• Contribute to transforming data into actionable insights for stakeholders

• Assist in reporting and tracking P&O KPIs for senior leadership

• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts on ongoing projects

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• Currently studying within Data Science, Analytics, or a related field

• Solid experience with Python and/or SQL for data manipulation

• Strong data awareness and structured problem-solving skills

• Proactive mindset with a positive and curious approach to learning

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

• Interest in HR, People Analytics, or organizational data

• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools

• Familiarity with statistical or machine learning methods

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Interest in writing a thesis in collaboration with Novonesis

Ways of Working / Working Conditions

• Part-time position (~16 hours/week), typically spread over 2–3 days
