Join us as our new Principal Engagement Manager – Enterprise Business Applications

As Principal Engagement Manager, you will help shape how IT and business collaborate across Novonesis. You will drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and operating models that ensure business priorities are translated into sustainable and scalable application solutions. Working across business and IT, you will act as a trusted partner, aligning stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to create value across our enterprise application landscape.

About the team:

You will join Enterprise Business Applications (EBA), a global team within Enterprise Business Solutions, with colleagues across Denmark, Germany, Brazil, and India. The team manages a broad portfolio of applications supporting critical business processes across Novonesis. The role is part of the Engagement Management capability, focused on governance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable operations.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Owning and continuously improving the IT Engagement Model, including demand governance, prioritization, and clear roles and responsibilities across business and IT
• Acting as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders
• Establishing governance forums, operating models, and clear accountabilities
• Aligning business priorities with Project Management and Tech & Solutions teams
• Supporting successful transitions from projects into sustainable operations
• Ensuring scalable governance and business engagement models across enterprise applications rather than traditional infrastructure service management

To succeed you must hold:

• 5+ years of experience in IT business engagement, governance, stakeholder management, or similar roles
• Experience serving as a business-facing contact for enterprise applications or IT services
• Strong understanding of governance structures and operating models
• Proven ability to collaborate across business and IT in a global environment
• Professional fluency in English
