The Role & Your Impact
- Regional Business Development
- Drive market expansion and customer development across South China
- Promote enzyme, probiotic, and integrated nutrition solutions to large-scale poultry enterprises, feed groups, and intensive farms
- Key Account Management
- Build and lead strategic partnerships with key accounts
- Develop multi-level stakeholder relationships across procurement, R&D, and formulation teams
- Identify customer needs in cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and raw material substitution
- Technical Sales Excellence
- Translate technical product value into measurable economic benefits
- Partner with Technical Service teams to deliver value-based selling
- Lead commercial negotiations and deliver on sales targets
- Market & Channel Development
- Manage and optimize distributor networks
- Monitor industry trends in livestock production across South China
- Generate competitive insights and inform commercial strategy
What Youâll Need to Be Successful
- Bachelorâs degree or above in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales within feed additives, animal nutrition, or animal health
- Strong understanding of feed formulation principles and livestock production systems
- Ability to independently deliver technical presentations and customer discussions
- Proven experience in consultative selling and negotiation
- Familiarity with Guangdong and Fujian market landscape
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Strong resilience and results orientation
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
- Existing relationships with major industry players (e.g., large feed groups or integrators)
- Experience working with enzymes, probiotics, or advanced feed solutions
- Basic data analysis capabilities (e.g., FCR, growth performance, cost efficiency metrics)
- English communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders
