Sobre el puesto
El Analista de Data Intelligence y Performance apoyará la gestión del desempeño de Haleon Panamá mediante el análisis, visualización y seguimiento de datos clave del negocio. Su principal responsabilidad será transformar información en insights que faciliten la toma de decisiones y contribuyan a las iniciativas de mejora continua.
Esta posición es una excelente oportunidad para profesionales en etapa temprana de su carrera que deseen desarrollar sus capacidades en Data Analytics, Business Intelligence y Continuous Improvement dentro de un entorno de manufactura de clase mundial.
Responsabilidades principales
- Desarrollar y actualizar dashboards e informes utilizando Power BI y otras herramientas de análisis.
- Consolidar y analizar información para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y áreas de mejora.
- Apoyar la generación de reportes periódicos para el seguimiento de KPIs y desempeño del sitio.
- Garantizar la calidad y consistencia de los datos utilizados para la toma de decisiones.
- Colaborar con diferentes áreas del negocio para entender necesidades de información y desarrollar soluciones analíticas.
- Preparar visualizaciones e insights para apoyar al liderazgo y a los equipos de mejora continua.
- Brindar soporte a usuarios en el uso de dashboards y herramientas de reporting.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Calidad, EHS y Data Integrity.
Calificaciones y habilidades
Requisitos indispensables
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencia de Datos, Estadística, Administración, o carreras afines.
- Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, reporting, business intelligence o funciones similares.
- Conocimiento de Power BI para la creación y mantenimiento de dashboards.
- Manejo intermedio de Excel y conocimientos básicos de SQL.
- Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con diferentes áreas de la organización.
- Nivel intermedio-avanzado de inglés.
Requisitos deseables
- Conocimiento de manufactura, supply chain o mejora continua.
- Experiencia académica o laboral en análisis de datos y visualización de información.
- Conocimiento de SAP u otros sistemas de gestión empresarial.
- Familiaridad con Power Query, DAX o herramientas de automatización.
- Interés en desarrollar una carrera en Business Intelligence, Analytics o Continuous Improvement.
