Job Description

岗位职责

•负责指定区域安捷伦产品，如GC,LC,LCMS等的现场安装、操作培训、维修维护，包括硬件、软件等；

•及时解决客户问题，确保用户满意度，维护良好用户关系；

•与其他部门同事协作，完成客户的各项售后服务和支持项目；

•按照公司流程有效的完成其他各项工作。

Qualifications

岗位要求

•化学、化工、药学、食品或相关专业硕士及以上学历；

•有GC,LC使用经历或相关售后维修经验，深入了解分析仪器工作原理；

•动手能力强，对于分析仪器本身有兴趣；

•具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

•良好的英文读写能力。

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
