Job Description

主要工作内容和职责

1.客户业务分析与策略制定

①深入分析零售连锁客户业务现状、运营特点及市场机会。

②根据客户发展需求及品牌业务目标，制定客户互动策略及年度行动计划。

③分析项目运营数据、业务表现及市场变化趋势。

2.客户互动项目规划与落地

①结合客户经营重点，设计具有针对性的合作项目和互动方案。

②参与客户互动项目的整体规划、实施及效果管理。

③围绕零售策略参与设计互动项目，如医零互动、依从性提升等全国性项目。

④推动项目按计划执行，确保项目目标、质量及进度达成。

⑤协调跨部门资源，保障项目顺利开展。

⑥持续跟踪项目执行成果及客户反馈。

⑦根据执行效果及时调整项目方向、资源配置及互动策略。

⑧输出项目复盘及客户洞察，为后续业务决策提供支持。

学历和技能

1.本科学历以上

2.MS Office 操作良好，有敏锐的数据洞察力

3.英语听说读写能力

工作经验

1.5年以上医药、零售、大健康或快消行业工作经验

2.具备KA客户管理、连锁客户合作或客户营销项目管理经验
