Role: IT Architect for Low Code Platforms
Location: Krakow – 3 days/week onsite
Based in our new IT hub at Unity Tower in Krakow, this is an exciting opportunity to join Galderma’s growing IT presence in Poland as an IT Architect for Low Code Platforms.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of our Microsoft Power Platform estate and shape the future of automation across the business.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, governance and transformation. You will be responsible for ensuring our low-code ecosystem is secure, scalable and strategically aligned, while driving intelligent automation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. From platform oversight to RPA leadership, you will define how automation is done properly, and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Compliance: Define and enforce platform policies, DLP rules, and security standards aligned with enterprise architecture.
Access & Security: Manage user roles, permissions, and identity integration.
Platform Administration: Oversee environments, capacity, monitoring, and ALM pipelines.
RPA Leadership: Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate Desktop or UiPath; establish best practices for unattended bots and process orchestration.
Support & Enablement: Provide technical guidance to developers and business users; run training and adoption programs.
Vendor & Licensing Management: Optimize licensing and maintain vendor relationships.
Adoption & Community: Promote platform usage, drive maker engagement, publish reusable components (templates, connectors), curate best practices.
Roadmap: Own the platform strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise architecture and business priorities.
Skills and Qualifications
5–8+ years in enterprise application platforms, with 3+ years focused on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio).
Demonstrated experience operating the platform at scale: governance, security, DLP, environment management, ALM, and support.
Strong understanding of solution architecture across model‑driven & canvas apps, Dataverse data modeling, role‑based security, and integration via connectors/custom connectors/Azure services.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop and/or UiPath for process automation.
Practical experience with Power Platform Admin Center, environment strategies, and monitoring/auditing.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to drive consensus across IT, security, and business.
Proven ability to lead change management, training, and community programs.
Exposure to ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) and service design.
