You will be leading a skilled compliance & support team!

As our new Compliance & Support Manager, you will get the opportunity to lead and develop a team of three skilled employees within compliance and support in SCM. You will be driving digital transformation initiatives, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP integration, automation, and data-driven process improvements. You must ensure high standards of GxP compliance, inspection readiness, periodic reviews, and audit support, and act as a SME during audits, customer visits, and quality events, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of actions. You will oversee qualification activities related to rooms, equipment, and shipments in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

On a continuous basis, you will develop, maintain, and implement procedures, standards, and a strong quality mindset across the organization and drive improvement through Lean principles, process optimization, and performance management. Your skills in analytics, AI, and operational intelligence will be utilized and developed further when you help improving inventory visibility, warehouse performance, and supply chain decision-making. When required, you will manage Deviation, CAPA, and Change Requests progression.

Your leadership experience in operations and people management is key! This new leader will thrive the most in our dynamic environment, if you bring a leadership style that combines a structured and proactive approach with communicating clearly, building trust across functions, and leading by example.

The foundation of this role is a strong compliance and quality mindset, combined with the ability to improve operations through technology, data, and collaboration. This role is a great opportunity to build on all of your experience with WMS, ERP platforms, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives. We are looking for someone who brings relevant knowledge from an academic degree of a Master’s or Bachelor’s level, in combination with solid experience in SCM, warehousing, and compliance. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to translate data into operational improvements. Proven knowledge of GxP, regulatory audits, and quality systems is required - if you bring experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment it is a great advantage! An advantage as well is if you have experience in Lean/Six Sigma.
