What you will do:

• Accountable for IT service delivery towards the site and ensure IT service SLAs meet or exceed site requirements.

• Attend Site Leadership meetings and act as the single point of contact between local business partners and the IT organization (regional and global).

• Develop and maintain the Site IT Master Plan and reporting.

• Ensure the site adheres to IT processes, policies, security requirements, global IT standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Create, manage, and maintain full accountability for the site IT budget.

• Ensure local applications are reported and maintained in the IT Applications Repository and support internal and regulatory audits, inspections, and remediation plans.

• Lead the lifecycle management of site IT infrastructure, including asset inventory management, risk management of aging components, and annual capital projects for required upgrades.

What we are looking for:

• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and translating business strategies into technology solutions and priorities.

• Strong hands-on SAP configuration knowledge, particularly related to Brazil tax requirements across commercial, finance, and supply chain functions.

• Experience managing IT demand, project portfolios, or technology initiatives within a complex business environment.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work across local and global teams.

• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management (network, server, storage, laptop, and desktop environments).
