1. POSITION SUMMARY
- To support tender/pricing & supply chain strategy in the different sectors over product life cycle for CEE team
- To lead the development of the business case for internal approval of the pricing strategy for CEE team
- To support commercial team hospitals/accounts tender documents preparation and price negotiation
- To ensure supply continuity and management of wholesaler accounts
- To be responsible for ensuring efficient supply chain operations to support business objectives.
- To oversee product availability, demand planning, pricing coordination, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities
2. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Tender and Pricing Management Support & Commercial Support for CEE region (40%)
- Support for the management of pricing in CEE region – including management of internal communication, price list
- Supporting tenders - knowledge of the legal environment, management of communication with the sales team, help in designing solutions for tenders
- Development and maintenance of an overview system of all tenders on relevant markets, including contract
documentation, tendered terms and conditions, etc.; proposals for calling for new tenders
- Maintain records of all tender submissions, contract award / decline, and debrief information including outcomes for all brands and competitors to create a database resource to guide decision making on tenders
- Overview of all business conditions, managing the approval process, listing and delisting process
- Support regular financial and operational reconciliations related to sales of the product
- Monitor pricing changes and provide analysis where required
- General support for commercial and operation agenda within the team
2) Supply Management for CEE region (60%)
- Management of warehouse stocks: monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory at distributors, communication with distributors
- Coordinate demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management
- Collaborate with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to optimize distribution
- Cooperation with the sales department manage communication with distributors about purchase orders and quarterly reconciliation in accordance with the contractual agreement.
- Management of the stocks at individual branches of distributors in the territory of the given country within CEE in an effort to streamline the supply of preparations to the centres.
- Support Supply activity within CEE region
3. WORK EXPERIENCE
- Min. 2-4 years of experience (ideally) in market access, pricing or strategic planning, procurement, tender management (as advantage) or other relevant functions in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong presentation, communication and networking skills
- Proven track record of cross-functional team working
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt priorities according to business and strategic needs
4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools is considered a strong advantage
- Strong data management skills / Data management control
