Product Marketing Specialist & Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key responsibilities :

• Plan and execute trade activation focused on key areas
• Develop channel-specific activation plans for public hospitals, medical schools, and institutional customers
• Support customer engagement, access, and adoption programs focused on public/ teaching hospitals settings
• Coordinate with SMs and PSRs to ensure effective execution
• Capture field insights and identify public channel opportunities
• Share best practices for public and institutional activation
• Support and drive key Marketing Campaign & Stakeholder Management
• Create promotional materials and campaigns (digital, field force, events).
• Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to drive advocacy for vaccines
• Support and develop speaker programs for standalone national campaigns/ roadshows in Up Country

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 4–5+ years of experience in product marketing, trade marketing, channel marketing, or healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing
• Experience working with public hospitals, medical schools, institutional customers, or healthcare channels is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing campaign development, trade activation, and channel-specific execution
• Proven ability to develop and execute promotional materials, field activation plans, events, and stakeholder engagement programs
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams, field force, medical, and other internal stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage KOLs, healthcare professionals, and external partners
• Good analytical skills with the ability to turn field insights and market feedback into actionable opportunities
• Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital marketing tools or CRM platforms is a plus
• Able to travel domestically as required for campaigns, roadshows, and field support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in vaccines, pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing
• Familiarity with public healthcare systems and institutional purchasing environments
• Experience in speaker programs, advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities
