About the Role
Johnson &Johnson (V-Wave) is seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in Caesarea.
This role will play a key part in supporting financial operations, compliance, forecasting, business partnering, and accounting activities across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with local and global stakeholders, support strategic decision-making, and help ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Compliance & SOX
- Implement and maintain the Finance SOX program, including annual assessments, documentation, controls, and compliance activities.
- Support SOX 404 audit requirements and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
- Review and maintain internal controls, segregation of duties, user access, and process documentation.
Financial Close & Accounting
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, tax accruals, and financial reporting activities.
- Review VAT reporting, intercompany transactions, and statutory accounting matters.
- Lead and support ad hoc accounting projects and process improvement initiatives.
Treasury, Banking & Payments
- Manage banking activities and cash flow processes.
- Review and approve cash flow submissions and payment runs for vendors and intercompany transactions.
- Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Accounts Payable, and Shared Services teams.
Audits & Regulatory Reporting
- Support financial audits, tax filings, statutory reporting, and interactions with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Ensure timely submission and review of required regulatory reports.
Forecasting & Business Partnering
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and planning-cycle submissions.
- Perform ongoing Budget vs. Actual (BVA) analyses, profitability reviews, and management reporting.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and decision-support recommendations.
Cost Accounting & Inventory
- Support cost accounting activities, inventory analysis, and standard costing processes.
- Monitor inventory-related accounting and controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
ERP & Systems Projects
- Support the V-Wave ERP migration and finance-related system implementation activities.
- Ensure finance requirements, controls, reporting, and stakeholder needs are effectively integrated into new systems and processes.
Qualifications
Education
- CPA certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting or a related field.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar finance role.
- At least 3 years of experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Israel.
- Experience in a multinational company or medical device/pharmaceutical environment is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
