Operator 4 / Senior Operator (5-ploegendienst)

Binnen Organon Oss is het Integrated Process Team (IPT), waarvoor jij komt te werken verantwoordelijk voor de productie en verpakking van anticonceptie staafjes. Primaire verantwoordelijkheden  

Als Operator 4 houd je je onder meer bezig met: 

• Zorgen dat het productieproces van de medicijnen goed verloopt; 

• Productielijnen ombouwen en controle van alle componenten die je ontvangt; 

• Uitvoeren van diverse controles (conform werkprocedures), zodat we zeker zijn van de kwaliteit; 

• Signaleren van storingen (conform procedures) en het uitvoeren van klein onderhoud; 

• Het inwerken en begeleiden van collega’s; 

• Verbeteringsgerichte taken en aanpassing van werkinstructies; 

• Vervul je de rol van specialist op jouw werkgebied en ben je een vraagbaak voor andere collega’s. 

Jouw profiel 

• MBO werk- en denkniveau; 

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als operator of vergelijkbare ervaring binnen een productie-omgeving; 

• Ervaring met aansturende of coördinerende taken; 

• Technische affiniteit of interesse; 

• Je bent verantwoordelijk, accuraat, flexibel en communicatief; 

• Je werkt zowel graag zelfstandig, als in teamverband; 

• Je bent proactief, hebt overzicht en beschikt over probleem oplossend vermogen; 

• Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
