Job Description

Join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) Finance organization and play a key role in supporting Accounting to Report (AtR) activities across the Americas region. This position offers exposure to multiple markets, close collaboration with regional stakeholders, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and corporate accounting policies.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including GL, Intercompany, OtC, and PtP, to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
Analyze financial results, identify risks or discrepancies, and support corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and process standardization efforts.
Support SAP-related changes, policy updates, and other business transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Accounting-to-Reporting (AtR) processes.
Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, including reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and financial close.
Experience in multinational, shared services, or global business environments.
SAP experience required.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Languages

Advanced English required.
Advanced Spanish strongly preferred.
Portuguese is a plus.
