As a Finance, FP&A & Digital Innovation Intern, you will support the Poland Finance team in key financial planning, reporting, accounting, and process improvement activities.

This internship is a great opportunity to learn how Finance operates in a multinational organization, support budgeting and forecasting processes, assist with financial reporting and accounting tasks, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

A strong focus of this role will be on improving Finance processes and tools through data analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and Power BI dashboard creation and maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis activities.

• Assist in preparing standard and ad hoc financial reports, presentations, and management summaries.

• Support monthly closing activities, accounting documentation, reconciliations, and data accuracy checks.

• Execution, monitoring, and documentation of key accounting and financial controls.

• Monitor Accounts Payable open items, identify and escalate aging or delayed transactions, and coordinate with local stakeholders and BSC teams to investigate, resolve, and prevent processing issues.

• Help collect, consolidate, and validate financial data from different systems and stakeholders.

• Support the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.

• Use digital and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and efficiency improvement.

• Participate in Finance transformation and continuous improvement projects.

• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Finance Business Partners, and other stakeholders across the organization.

You should apply if you have:

• Student status or recent graduate status in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of financial, accounting, and business concepts.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Interest in digital tools, data analytics, automation, and AI solutions.

• Good communication skills and willingness to work with different stakeholders.

• Ability to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and learn quickly.

• Very good command of English and fluent Polish.

We encourage you to apply, especially if you have:

• Experience or strong interest in Power BI dashboard creation and maintenance.

• Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Python, or similar tools.

• Practical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other productivity and automation solutions.

• Interest in Finance process improvement, digital transformation, and reporting automation.

• Experience working with data visualization, dashboards, or large datasets through university projects, internships, or personal initiatives.

• Curiosity, proactive mindset, and willingness to bring fresh ideas to improve the way Finance works.
