Typical Accountabilities
- Successfully complete all training requirements to ensure thorough understanding of products and services.
- Establish and build lasting relationships with high-value accounts through regular telephone and email communication.
- Perform telephone-based sales activities and gather market insights to contribute to the development of new products and improvement of existing offerings.
- Take ownership of an assigned territory and manage all associated sales calls effectively.
- Manage and resolve complex customer concerns by identifying root causes and providing timely solutions.
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members by guiding them in sales techniques and professional development.
- Participate in projects and activities aimed at enhancing team workflows and achieving better performance outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential: Bachelor’s degree; Proven customer service skills.
Desirable: Experience with process improvement projects.
