Medical Science Liaison – Oncology

Location: Santiago, Chile

This role is based in Chile. Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role: please only apply if this location is accessible for you.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key HCPs and medical experts within Oncology

• Provide high-quality scientific exchange, translating complex clinical data into clear, impactful insights

• Support market readiness and successful adoption of key therapies through scientific engagement

• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights from the field to internal stakeholders

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and other teams to ensure aligned execution

• Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support scientific leadership and strategy

• Deliver presentations and training on clinical and scientific data to internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Novartis policies and ethical standards

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in Oncology (mandatory)

• Strong scientific background with ability to interpret and communicate clinical data

• Experience in medical affairs, MSL, or related scientific field roles

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

• Ability to collect, analyze, and translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex scientific concepts

• Strong collaboration and cross-functional mindset

• Fluent in English

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience working with nuclear medicine / radioligand therapies

• Previous experience engaging with top-tier oncology experts in Chile
