About this role

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution of key corporate initiatives and projects.
Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and key milestones to ensure successful delivery.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and align stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
Support business decision-making through strategic analysis, business insights, and operational improvement initiatives.
Independently lead ad hoc projects and special assignments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, including at least 5 years within a commercial organization.
Strong strategic thinking, project management, and business analysis capabilities.
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and business operations.
International working or assignment experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and business writing skills in English.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across functions.
Proactive, detail-oriented, innovative, and a strong team player.
