In this role, you will use your analytical capabilities, and continuous improvement mindset to help transform operations across the Inventory and Capital Center of Excellence.

You will partner with accounting teams, business stakeholders, and technology colleagues to simplify processes, improve accounting flows, strengthen financial controls, and identify innovative solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of financial operations.

Your contributions will help establish scalable and sustainable ways of working, enabling the organization to deliver accurate financial information, make informed decisions, and continuously improve how Inventory and Capital accounting activities are performed.

What You Will Achieve

As an Inventory and Capital CoE Processes Analyst, you will support the transformation and optimization of accounting operations by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and strengthen processes.

You will analyze current Inventory and Capital accounting flows, evaluate operational challenges, and work with process owners and stakeholders to design improved ways of working. Your efforts will contribute to more efficient financial close activities, clearer roles and responsibilities, improved data quality, stronger controls, and reduced manual effort.

You will help translate business and accounting requirements into practical process improvements, system enhancements, automation opportunities, and standardized documentation. You will also support the implementation of innovative ideas, including the use of analytics, artificial intelligence, workflow tools, and other digital solutions.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Review end-to-end Inventory and Capital accounting processes to identify inefficiencies, unnecessary complexity, control gaps, duplication, and manual activities.

  • Document current-state processes and help design future-state accounting flows that are efficient, controlled, scalable, and user-friendly.

  • Support the standardization and harmonization of accounting activities across markets, legal entities, business units, and systems, where appropriate.

  • Challenge existing ways of working constructively and propose practical solutions based on accounting requirements, operational experience, and business needs.

  • Help establish clear process ownership, handoffs, responsibilities, dependencies, and escalation paths.

  • Contribute to the development of standard operating models and common ways of working across the CoE.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree, or degree in progress, in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant professional experience in accounting, finance, shared services, process improvement, financial operations, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate processes and identify root causes.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, organize priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing complete and accurate work.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Professional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at different organizational levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

  • Strong interest in continuous improvement, operational excellence, technology, and innovation.

  • Working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate in both written and verbal business settings.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working within a Center of Excellence, shared-services environment, or global finance organization.

  • Experience preparing process maps, standard operating procedures, work instructions, control documentation, or business requirements.

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, project management, design thinking, or other process-improvement methodologies.

  • Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, or workflow-improvement initiatives.

  • Proficiency with AI Tools.
