At Novo Nordisk, we are accelerating our digital and omnichannel transformation to create more efficient and personalized engagement experiences for patients, HCPs and partners.
As a key leader within the Diabetes Marketing team, you will drive the omnichannel strategy, integrating brand priorities, digital capabilities, customer engagement, and commercial resources to deliver impactful customer experiences that support business growth and improve patient outcomes.
You will be responsible for
- Developing and driving the omnichannel strategy and roadmap for the diabetes business
- Integrating brand, digital, and customer engagement initiatives to drive business growth
- Designing and optimizing patient and HCP engagement experiences
- Leading DOL, MCE, and educational programs from planning to execution
- Leading the omnichannel team and driving cross-functional collaboration
We are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or commercial roles
- Proven experience in new product launches; experience in Diabetes or GLP-1 is a strong advantage
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
