Job Title: Key Account Manager – Denmark
Location: Based in Stockholm, Sweden – Scope: All Denmark Public Hospitals
Job Description
The Key Account Manager – Bx In-Line will play a critical role in the successful launch of Galderma’s new biologic portfolio into Danish public hospitals. Acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders across Denmark, this position combines strategic account management with hands-on field execution to maximize launch uptake, strengthen customer relationships, and communicate the product’s differentiated value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management:
Build and execute strong account plans across Danish public hospitals, aligning with brand strategy and customer insights to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
Develop long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, positioning Galderma as a trusted leader in dermatology biologics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with medical, marketing, and market access teams to implement coordinated business plans and secure formulary inclusion at local and regional levels.
Omnichannel and Launch Excellence:
Leverage omnichannel tools to enhance engagement and accelerate adoption of the new biologic portfolio, ensuring consistent brand visibility and education.
Market Intelligence & Compliance:
Continuously gather market insights to inform strategy, while adhering to Galderma’s ethical and compliance standards in all activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Expertise:
5–10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including biologic launches and high-cost drug management within dermatology or immunology.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
Proven ability to translate complex healthcare ecosystem knowledge into actionable territory and account strategies.
Strong Relationship Skills:
Demonstrated success in building and managing key stakeholder relationships across the Danish healthcare landscape.
Collaboration & Influence:
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without authority, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Education & Language:
Degree in a relevant discipline; fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
