GVP Quality Assurance Support (12-month fixed-term contract)

At Angelini Pharma, we are seeking a QA Support professional to support activities aimed at promoting the definition, implementation and update of the company Global Pharmacovigilance/Vigilance Quality System, as well as providing quality oversight on related operations, in order to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company procedures, and agreements/contracts in place with external Partners and Providers.

Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Management, preparation, verification of Standard Operating Procedures / Working
  instruction / Forms related to competence area
• Support in the planning and management of training activities
• Qualification of the Vigilance service providers
• Planning/conducting/reporting internal and supplier/third party audits of the Global Vigilance
  system
• Management of non-conformities (deviations), quality metrics and PV key performance
  indicators
• Developing and monitoring “corrective/preventive action plans” from Audit/nonconformities
• Support in case of inspections by the regulatory authorities and audits by business partners.

Qualifications

• Scientific Master Degree Education;
• Post degree Master in the field of GVP/Pharmacovigilance and/or R&D Quality
• Proficiency in English;
• Willingness to travel also abroad
• Computerised Systems: excellent knowledge of the Office Package with overall good IT skills;
• Good mediation, interaction and organization skills; precision and accuracy in work, passion, strong attitude to interpersonal relationships, good communication skills both written and oral, ability to liaise with staff at all levels and Team playing

The salary for this role starts from €40,800 gross per year, depending on experience and location. The offer is determined based on gender-neutral criteria, including relevant skills, competencies, and experience.
