Job Description

• SAP S/4HANA および Extended Warehouse Management（EWM） の2028年4月稼働に向け、大阪工場サプライチェーン室 Warehouse & Distribution (=W&D) の業務要件定義、設計、導入、定着化を推進する。
• 既存の倉庫オペレーションを深く理解し、グローバルテンプレートとの Fit/Gap 分析を行う
• Global TAKAMI warehouseメンバーと連携し、最適な業務プロセスを構築する
• 稼働後の安定運用を見据え、標準化・効率化・デジタル化を推進し、サプライチェーンの競争力向上に貢献する。

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

• Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

• Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
