About this role

   

About the position 

Maintain the integrated activation calendar and weekly delivery tracker.
• Schedule project meetings, record decisions and follow up actions.
• Coordinate briefs, approvals, contracts, purchase orders and vendor documents.
• Check asset readiness and support publishing, platform and event execution.
• Maintain budget, invoice, material and compliance records.
• Raise delivery risks early and follow issues through to resolution.
• Update templates and standard operating processes based on lessons learned.

The requriments

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Relevant postgraduate or professional qualification is an advantage.

• 3-5 years in marketing operations, project coordination or agency management.
• Experience managing multiple timelines, vendors and approval processes.
• Digital, social or event operation experience is preferred.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is an advantage.
