This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of life-changing medicines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant operations while building valuable technical skills.
This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

We are currently hiring for day and night shifts, working 12-hour rotations (three days one week, four days the next), including some weekend coverage.

What you will do
- Operate and monitor equipment used to manufacture pharmaceutical products
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain cleanroom standards
- Measure materials accurately and record production data
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble manufacturing equipment
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals
- Contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfort working with personal protective equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to safely lift and move equipment
- Willingness to learn and work in a regulated environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
