Hospital Key Account Manager - Rheumatology & Gastroenterology

Territory: Dublin to Cork

Field-based

Are you a commercially driven hospital specialist who thrives in complex pathways and stakeholder-led decision making? This is a high-impact Key Account role where you’ll unlock access, build advocacy, and drive adoption - with better patient outcomes at the heart of everything you do.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver and exceed sales targets through strategic key account management and strong execution
  • Build and implement Strategic Account Plans tailored to regional needs and hospital dynamics
  • Develop trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers across your territory
  • Use performance and account insights to track progress, refine strategy, and maximise impact
  • Identify growth opportunities, overcome access barriers, and drive sustainable product adoption
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutions and share best practices
  • Operate with integrity and in line with compliance and ethical standards

What we’re looking for

  • Proven pharmaceutical sales experience with increasing responsibility on the territory
  • Key account management or hospital specialist experience
  • Experience in Rheumatology and/or Gastroenterology strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Values-led approach with a clear commitment to compliance
