Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Consulting & Business Problem Solving

  • Support consulting engagements by conducting structured research, analysis, and insight generation.
  • Break down complex business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct market, business, organizational, and competitive assessments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

 

Executive Storytelling & Communication

  • Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and discussion materials.
  • Support creation of business cases, recommendations, and leadership updates.
  • Apply structured storylining techniques to communicate key insights and recommendations effectively.

Program & Project Management

  • Support planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Assist with project governance activities, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
  • Contribute to operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across functions, markets, and geographies.
  • Support preparation and facilitation of workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

AI-Enabled Consulting & Innovation:

  • Leverage AI and Generative AI tools to improve research, analysis, content development, and knowledge management.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance consulting and program management workflows through AI-enabled solutions.
  • Apply AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, insight generation, and decision quality.

Essential Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate business degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to evaluate complex information and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT and other enterprise approved tools) for research, analysis, content development, and productivity enhancement.
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and project coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in consulting, strategy, operations, program management, business analytics, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience conducting market research, business analysis, competitive intelligence, or strategic assessments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and change management principles.
  • Exposure to data visualization and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of AI, automation, digital transformation, or business process improvement initiatives.
  • Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or global business environments.
