Overview SUMMARY Support the deployment of LEAN and Operational Excellence practices across the Global Technical Operations organization, contributing to the development of a continuous improvement culture focused on efficiency, waste elimination, and performance enhancement. The intern will work closely with the Operational Excellence team and stakeholders across all departments. Duties And Responsibilities Establish, maintain and update Operational Excellence dashboards (OE Cockpit, SharePoint, Smartsheet). Support tracking and follow-up of LEAN initiatives and associated benefits. Contribute to the development and enrichment of the Lean six sigma toolbox (templates, tools, micro-learning materials). Support teams in defining and monitoring relevant Key performance indicators to assess efficiency and performance. Assist in the deployment of Visual Management practices and map potential opportunities within the Global Technical Operations organization. Capture and share best practices and success stories. Requirements Master’s student (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business School, Management of Technology, Operations Management, Quality Management, or similar) Strong interest in Lean six sigma, Continuous Improvement, and change management Knowledge of Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, problem-solving, etc.) Strong analytical and structured thinking skills Good communication and presentation skills Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable interacting with different stakeholders in a very international environment Proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint or Smartsheet is a plus.
