• Maximize Rare Neurology Portfolio
• Develop brand strategies and implement key marketing initiatives
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing tactics
• Forecast and budget management    
• Collaborate with key internal & external stakeholders

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in rare disease, oncology or specialty including marketing and sales experience (experience in rare disease launches preferred)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal Skills
• Fluent oral and written English communication
• Analytical mind and experience with market analysis
• Learning agility
• MS (Excel, PPT) Skill

Qualifications

Education: bachelor’s degrees and above

Language: Fluent English communication (written and oral)

Work Experience: 5+ years of marketing & sales in multinational companies, Rare Disease or Oncology experience preferred

Competencies:

• Strategic and bold mindset for market entry and expansion
• Experience in Rare or specialty care
• High level of understanding in Rare disease and its environment
• Consistent demonstration of learning agility in fast-paced environment
• Scientific and patient orientation
