Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our growing team in Hungary.

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Budapest. This position is ideal for a finance professional who is genuinely interested in the financial side of pharmaceutical operations and high-volume commerce at a constantly growing business.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Vendor invoice bookkeeping
• Reconcile and review tax balances
• Book tax related journal entries
• Corporate card expense report review
• Participate in monthly closings of the financial statements (under IFRS)
• Participate and contribute at audits, various projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics / finance / business administration
• Master’s Degree and/or Chartered Accountant certificate is an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field

Skills:

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to deliver high-quality work within agreed timeframes
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian
