1.POSITION SUMMARY
Generalist Marketing Analyst to work with institutional, product, digital marketing, events and communication in a dynamic environment.
2.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in the creation, development, and review of marketing materials and content;
Participate in the organization of events and training (in-person and online);
Complete forms for approval of activities/events (in English and Portuguese);
Monitor the department's invoice payment flow: register suppliers, track the invoice issuance process until payment is made;
Update company information on the website and social media;
Develop templates/controls;
Research and negotiate budgets;
Assist in budget control;
Control inventory of materials and promotional items;
Operate the PromoMats tool;
Support the Sales team;
Contact suppliers, associations, and advertising agencies;
3.WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years’ experience in marketing.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
4.SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel
Advanced English
5.EDUCATION
Bachelor's in Marketing and Publicity preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
