The role partners closely with Finance stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of financial planning and forecasting solutions within a regulated environment.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with Finance business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Financial Planning & Forecasting.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of technology solutions, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure seamless integration between financial systems (including SAP) and upstream/downstream platforms.
Act as a key liaison between Finance, IT, external vendors, and delivery teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Drive testing and quality assurance activities, including test strategy, test execution, and defect resolution.
Maintain comprehensive documentation covering solution design, configurations, processes, and validation evidence.
Support end-user training, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
KPI: Successful delivery of finance solutions meeting business requirements, quality, compliance, timeline, and budget expectations.
What you’ll bring to the role
Essential Requirements
University degree, preferably in Technology, IT, Finance Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in technology roles supporting enterprise applications.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP, preferably within Finance, Planning, or Forecasting domains.
Proven experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and end-to-end implementation management.
Experience working in large-scale global programs and complex system landscapes.
Strong understanding of system integration concepts and data flows across finance platforms.
Experience with testing methodologies, quality assurance, and validation practices.
Ability to work in a GxP-regulated environment, ensuring compliance with SOPs, data integrity, and regulatory standards.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Essential skills: Ability to bridge finance business needs and technology solutions in a regulated, global organization.
Languages: English (business proficiency required).
Desirable Requirements
Experience supporting Financial Planning & Forecasting processes in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Exposure to finance transformation initiatives or cloud-based finance solutions.
